By using the TrustVett website and screening platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All subscribers and landlords certify that they will request consumer reports strictly for permissible purposes pursuant to the FCRA (such as tenant screening or employment background verification) and have secured written consumer authorization.
Screening report fees are billed on a per-transaction basis. Reports are initiated immediately upon applicant submission and are non-refundable once processed through credit reporting bureaus.
Novus Horizon Enterprises LLC procures data from public repositories and third-party credit bureaus. We strive for utmost accuracy but are not liable for records maintained inaccurately by government registries or court jurisdictions.
The federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) promotes the accuracy, fairness, and privacy of information in the files of consumer reporting agencies.
